1. Within 7 days from the payment, if the technician disputes the service because the intervention was not carried out by them, they will be totally refunded through credit entry in the same credit card within 14 days.
2. Within 7 days from the payment, if the technician disputes the amount of the payment because the intervention costed Y rather than X (as proved by the tax invoice issued by the latter to the client) the amount in excess will be refunded within 14 days.
3. Within 7 days from the payment, the technician has the right to contest the payment in writing for whatever reason they deem appropriate. The compliant will be passed to the complaints department of Direct24 that will verify its grounds and possibly validate it. The final decision will be communicated to the technician within 5 working days. If the complaints department of Direct24 decides so, a full or partial refund will be made within 14 days of the decision.
4. In no other case a refund will be allowed.
